My Story
It's pretty hard to sum up this opportunity and my story in a few short paragraphs, but here goes...

My name is Heather, I am 30 years old and live in Leeds with my husband Cam, little boy Harvey and crazy cocker spaniel Jasper.
In December 2020 an old friend who I hadn't spoken to in a long time contacted me and asked if I would be interested in hearing about her business opportunity via social media. I had seen some things she had been posting, but I genuinely thought only celebs could earn through social media, and everything else was a scam!
I had recently been through my second round of IVF with my husband, and was around 10 weeks pregnant at the time, so in the midst of my nausea and exhaustion, I completely blanked her. This is something we laugh about now.
In the January 2021, I reached out to the same friend, Charlotte, about the product she was using. I was curious. I had never suffered with 'bad skin' but I was looking very tired due to my pregnancy, my skin looked dull and dry and I could see blackheads appearing as well as some fine lines, and thought I deserved a treat. After a quick chat about what these products could do for me I was sold.

We were in the middle of the second lockdown in the UK (or third... I had lost count at this point) and I was stuck inside all day, Monday to Friday working from my makeshift home office. I had a full time job as a senior recruitment consultant for an education company and recruited staff for nurseries and schools. The pandemic had changed my income drastically, and with my upcoming maternity leave looming, I was quite concerned about our finances.
I had always been very driven, proactive and had been very successful in my career so far, but I had definitely hit a stumbling block. My job had changed, and I was already feeling anxious about returning to the office in the future and leaving my baby. Charlotte explained that I could simply share my experience with my LumiSpa as I was using it, and earn an extra income, no strings attached.
It seemed too good to be true, but I did some research and decided to give it a go. I had nothing to lose, so why not?

I started sharing my skincare routine and results on my social media and was very quickly becoming obsessed with my new little side hustle! It didn't even feel like work - I got to help people with their skin by sharing something I was loving, AND was getting paid for it?! I couldn't believe that I had been so sceptical at first. It was during this first month of properly launching my business that I started to look at some of the leaders in the company and soon saw the bigger picture. This had started for me as a 'nothing to lose' opportunity with the incentive of earning some extra money to pay for my nail appointments and baby clothes - but as soon as I was exposed to the lifestyle you could build with this business if you took it seriously, everything changed for me.

This was it. This was the chance I had to build something amazing, build something for me and my family that would mean I could spend every day with my little boy. This was my golden ticket to enable me to be the best mum I could be but still also be that driven and successful business woman that I didn't want to lose.

The thought of waving goodbye to the 7am-6pm working days and the restrictions of working for someone else ignited a fire in my belly and I made a choice. This was going to be what I was going to do. I was going to create a network marketing business that would replace my full time income and I was going to make my maternity leave permanent. Bold statement to make? Yes. Possible? Absolutely.

Fast forward to the present day. I handed in my notice to my old employer in March 2022, and I made my maternity leave permanent. It wasn't an easy. smooth ride, but when your reason 'why' is as strong as mine was, nothing can throw you off your goal. I knew I didn't want to miss a moment with my Harvey. To leave for work before he was up for the day and get home as he was going to bed - the thought would make me feel sick.
I had been through 3 and a half years of IVF treatment to become a mother and you better believe I wasn't about to spend weeks of his life sat in an office paying someone else to look after him.

I have now helped so many people with their skin and have a team of over 20 amazing women who are all earning an extra income around their current lifestyles. This is still just the beginning of my journey, and I am so excited to see where things are another year, and five years from now.

So...that's enough about me. What I want to know is, what can this opportunity do for you?
